You can browse and search our extensive list of categories without registering. However, registration is free, takes only a moment of your time and allows you to make offers on advertised items and place your own advertisements.

• Click the “Login” link on the header navigation bar
• Click “Lost Password and/or Login Name? Click here” link at the bottom of the login frame
• Use either of the two frames provided:
  • If you remember your Username but have forgotten your Password
    • Here you will enter your Email address and Username. Your password will be automatically reset and your new password will be emailed to you immediately, using the email address stored on record. It is advisable to then login with your new password, go to the “Personal Information” section of “My Account” in the member’s area and create a new password that you will remember.
  • If you remember your Password but have forgotten your Username
    • Here you will enter your Email address. Your existing Username will be emailed to you immediately, using the email address stored on record.

You can browse by simply clicking on any category listed down the left side of the page to view items in that category. Alternatively, you can select a category to browse in the “Browse” dropdown located towards the top of the page. Additionally, you can click “View All” on any list on the home page to show all items in that group.

Simple Search

To search for any word appearing in an item title, simply type the word into the “Search” box, then click the “Search” button alongside.

Advanced Search

To carry out a more specific search, click on “Advanced Search”. Here you will be able to:

• Search by Auction ID
• Search Keywords in:
  • Item title and description
  • Items with Buy Out enabled
  • Items with reserve price set only
  • Items with quantity greater than 1
  • Items with the swap option enabled
• Choose to search listings in Site, Shop, or both
• View results from Open Auctions Only, Closed Auctions Only, or All
• Order by Items Ending First, Newest Items First, or Lowest Prices First
• Search items listed from a specific Country, or from a specific Postcode (or Zipcode)

The Prefilled Fields/Global Settings page (Members Area > Selling > Prefilled Fields/Global Settings) allows this information to be saved and automatically populated into your auction listings. This information can always be changed for individual auctions during the auction listing process.

Individual sellers need to enable the option to "Accept Public Questions", which is available in the Members Area > Selling > Prefilled Fields/Global Settings.

It is highly advisable to use an Escrow service when purchasing items over the internet from people you don't know and trust, particularly if large amounts of money are involved. A reputable Escrow agent reduces the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to buyer and seller instructions. This allows buyers to receive and inspect the merchandise before the seller is paid and for sellers to receive their money if the buyer accepts the merchandise.

To help you with your decision of whether or not to engage the services of an Escrow agent, we provide a customer reputation system that provides an indicator of how much trading a member has done on the site and allows other buyers and sellers to get an idea of the member's trustworthiness and experience.

You may select an additional category for your item if you wish. Some items fit naturally into more than one category, and having an additional category can help more users find your item.

This fee applies to each image uploaded with your item.

You may choose to upload one media file (e.g. video) to accompany your item. Our site will accept files up to 2Mb in size.

If you wish to resize your images, most computers have a pre-installed graphic viewer with the ability to resize images. Another example of a very effective program is IrfanView, which is a fast and compact FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003, 2008, Vista and Windows 7, available for download at http://www.irfanview.com/ .

After an offer has been made, you can only add to the item description. This is useful if you have overlooked some significant information, or if you wish to provide additional information in response to questions.

Sellers also have the ability to manually select a winner if the automatically appointed winner didn't go through with the purchase, or if the reserve is not met. This feature is available for standard auctions not marked as paid only.
